As an out of network provider, Chiropractic Made Simple only accepts self-pay. This allows me to provide the highest quality of care without the restrictions of insurance companies. 

New Patient - $65

55 minutes

Full physical exam, review of findings and treatment.

Wellness Care - $50

20 minutes

Manual therapy and adjustments.

Dry Needling - $60

30 minutes

Dry needling (up to 2 areas), adjustments and rehab exercises,

Adjustments Only - $45

15 minutes

Available to returning patients only.

Active Treatment Plan - $55

30 minutes

Soft tissue, modality deemed necessary by Dr. Salcido, adjustements and rehab exercises.
